In Poland the cycling infrastructure is nearly nonexistent. If there are any cycle paths, they are on the edges of towns, usually only around 1 meter wide, cut off all of a sudden, often used as car parking, or snow pile place in winter (which erodes their surface, which often is made from sidewalk bricks).
